The Dolphin Head Trust is run by a small local staff, and volunteers from around the world. While the Trust has collaborated with numerous international organizations and universities, the Trust has benefitted greatly from ongoing support provided by the Japanese International Cooperation Agency and the United States Peace Corps. The Bamboo Conversion Facility is staffed by 12 women and youth from surrounding communities.
